Dr. Hart currently serves as Director of Quality and Risk in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, where she leads quality management systems, regulatory readiness, and patient safety initiatives aligned with CMS Conditions of Participation and accreditation standards. She has played a key role in hospital startup and survey readiness, including successful licensure and accreditation.
